01 — This website
The content here is informational.
Everything published on this site — service descriptions, process explanations, project work, and SmartCard material — is provided for information. It describes what NEXFORA Digital Innovation does and how we work.
It is not an offer, a quotation, or a commitment to deliver any particular scope, price, or schedule. Content may change as our services and work change.
02 — Project inquiries
An inquiry starts a conversation, not a contract.
Submitting the Start a Project form sends us your inquiry and records it. That is all it does. It does not create a client relationship, oblige us to take on the work, or oblige you to proceed.
Any budget range or timeline you select helps us understand the inquiry. It is not a quotation and not a delivery commitment. Scope, pricing, deliverables, timelines, and payment terms are agreed separately in writing before work begins.
We do not promise a reply within a specific timeframe, and we may decline an inquiry.
03 — SmartCard beta
A beta signup records interest.
NEXFORA SmartCard is in development. Submitting the beta signup form records your interest and lets us contact you about beta review and onboarding.
It does not guarantee acceptance into the beta, access to the product, supply of a physical card, or any particular price. We have not announced a release date, and none is implied by the signup.
Beta functionality, features, and the SmartCard types offered may change before any commercial availability. SmartCard Team and SmartCard Enterprise are described on this site as planned and are not part of the current beta.
04 — Your submissions
What you send us.
When you use either form, please submit information that is accurate and that you are entitled to share. Do not attempt to interfere with the forms, the security checks, or the site's availability.
How we handle what you submit — what is stored, which providers are involved, how long we keep it, and how to make a privacy request — is described in our Privacy Policy.
05 — External services
Links and third-party services.
This site links to third-party services, and the forms rely on third-party providers for storage, email, and the security check. Those services operate under their own terms and privacy practices, which we do not control.
